- Der Fowlie-Gletscher ist ein 21 km langer Gletscher im ostantarktischen Viktorialand. In den Admiralitätsbergen hat er ein gemeinsames Kopfende mit dem Dennistoun-Gletscher und fließt von dort in nordwestlicher Richtung zwischen Mount Ajax und Mount Faget, bevor er an der südöstlichen Basis der Lyttelton Range in den Hauptstrom des Dennistoun-Gletschers mündet. Das New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee benannte ihn 1983 nach Walter Fowlie, Mitglied einer Mannschaft des New Zealand Antarctic Research Programme zur geologischen Untersuchung dieses Gebiets zwischen 1981 und 1982. - Fowlie Glacier (71°40′S 168°4′E / 71.667°S 168.067°E) is a tributary glacier, 13 nautical miles (24 km) long, in the Admiralty Mountains of Victoria Land, Antarctica. From a common head with Dennistoun Glacier, it flows northwest between Mount Ajax and Mount Faget, entering the main flow of the Dennistoun Glacier at the southeast base of the Lyttelton Range. It was named after of the New Zealand Antarctic Division, a field assistant with a New Zealand Antarctic Research Programme geological party to this area, 1981–82, led by . The original application of the name was revised in 1994 in relation to Dennistoun Glacier. This glacier lies situated on the Pennell Coast, a portion of Antarctica lying between Cape Williams and Cape Adare. (en)
