- الطور الجُريبي Follicular Phase المرحلة الجرابية (أوالطور التكاثري) في البشر والقردة العليا وهو طور من اطوار الدورة الشهرية خلاله تنضج بصيلات المبيض ويبدأ هذا الطور بالحيض (أول يوم في الدورة الشهرية) وينتهي بإفراز هرمون الإباضة. وينتهي مع هذا الطور ببداية التبويض (بالإنجليزية: ovulation). والهرمون الرئيسي الذي يتحكم في هذه المرحلة هو الاستراديول"estradiol". - The follicular phase, also known as the preovulatory phase or proliferative phase, is the phase of the estrous cycle (or, in primates for example, the menstrual cycle) during which follicles in the ovary mature from primary follicle to a fully mature graafian follicle. It ends with ovulation. The main hormones controlling this stage are secretion of gonadotropin-releasing hormones, which are follicle-stimulating hormones and luteinising hormones. They are released by pulsatile secretion. The duration of the follicular phase can differ depending on the length of the menstrual cycle, while the luteal phase is usually stable, does not really change and lasts 14 days. (en)
- La phase folliculaire constitue la première partie du cycle hormonal féminin qui commence généralement le premier jour des menstruations et qui se termine au moment de l'ovulation. Elle s'oppose à la phase lutéale. C'est au cours de cette phase que les follicules contenus dans les ovaires se développent (le follicule tertiaire va devenir un follicule mûr sous l'action de la FSH hypophysaire sous le contrôle de la GnRH hypothalamique).

- Tahap folikular adalah sebuah tahapan yang terjadi sejak hari pertama menstruasi sampai memasuki fase ovulasi. Di tahapan ini, ovarium memproduksi folikel yang berisi sel ovum atau sel telur.
