- Das European Youth Event (EYE) ist eine Veranstaltung des Europäischen Parlaments, die von diesem auch 2014 ins Leben gerufen wurde. Die Veranstaltung hat das Ziel, junge Europäer zur aktiven Teilnahme anzuregen. Das EYE findet alle zwei Jahre im Europäischen Parlament mit Sitz in Straßburg mit mehreren tausend Jugendlichen im Alter von 16 bis 30 Jahren statt und lädt sie ein, an Diskussionen über aktuelle Themen mit Entscheidungsträgern und Referenten mit weitgefächerter professioneller Erfahrung teilzunehmen. Bisher fand das EYE viermal statt, 2014, 2016, 2018 und 2021. Die Veranstaltungen dienten als Grundlage einiger Reden im Parlament in den Folgemonaten. (de)
- Η Ευρωπαϊκή Διάσκεψη Νεολαίας (EYE) είναι μια εκδήλωση η οποία ξεκίνησε και φιλοξενείται στο Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινοβούλιο από το 2014 με στόχο να προωθήσει την προώθηση της ενεργού πολιτότητας μεταξύ των νέων Ευρωπαίων. Λαμβάνοντας χώρα στο Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινοβούλιο στο Στρασβούργο, η Διάσκεψη συγκεντρώνει χιλιάδες νέοι άνθρωποι, ηλικίας 16 έως 30 ετών, και τους καλεί να συμμετάσχουν σε συζητήσεις σχετικά με επίκαιρα θέματα με φορείς λήψης αποφάσεων και ομιλητές με ένα ευρύ φάσμα επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας. Πραγματοποιήθηκε δύο φορές, το 2014 και το 2016, με πολλές ακροάσεις κατά τους επόμενους μήνες. Καθώς πραγματοποιείται ανά διετία, η τρίτη έκδοση είναι προγραμματισμένη για 1-2 Ιουνίου 2018. (el)
- The European Youth Event (EYE) is an international event initiated and hosted bi-annually by the European Parliament since 2014 with the aim of stimulating active citizenship amongst young Europeans. The EYE brings together thousands of young people from all over the European Union and beyond at the European Parliament in Strasbourg and online in order to share and shape their ideas on Europe’s future. During the event, participants take part in activities co-created with institutions, international organisations, civil society, youth organisations and the participants themselves, offering a space for discussions and networking. The most recent edition took place on 9–10 October 2021, with several follow-up events taking place in the following months. EYE2023, the fifth in-person edition of the event, will take place on 9–10 June 2023. The EYE also provides year-round online activities that create opportunities for wider public discussions on the most pressing issues facing Europe today. (en)
- L'EYE (Evento europeo dei giovani) è un evento internazionale istituito dal Parlamento europeo nel 2014. L’evento si svolge ogni due anni e mira a stimolare la cittadinanza attiva tra i giovani europei. L’EYE riunisce al Parlamento europeo a Strasburgo e online migliaia di giovani provenienti da tutta l’Unione europea e dal mondo, affinché possano condividere e sviluppare le loro idee sul futuro dell’Europa. Durante l’evento, i partecipanti prendono parte ad attività ideate in collaborazione con le istituzioni, le organizzazioni internazionali, la società civile, le organizzazioni giovanili e i partecipanti stessi, con la possibilità di confrontarsi e stringere relazioni. L’edizione più recente si è svolta il 9-10 ottobre 2021, con molti eventi di follow-up che si sono svolti nei mesi successivi. L’EYE2023, la quinta edizione in presenza dell’evento, avrà luogo nei giorni 9 e 10 giugno. Nel corso dell'anno, l'EYE propone anche attività online che servono da spunto per discussioni pubbliche più ampie sulle questioni più urgenti in Europa. (it)
- Europeiska ungdomseventet (engelska: European Youth Event, EYE) är ett evenemang startat och arrangerat av Europaparlamentet sedan 2014, med målet att stimulera ett aktivt medborgarskap bland unga européer. Evenemanget äger rum vid Eurpaparlamentets säte i Strasbourg, och samlar tusentals ungdomar mellan 16 och 30 år för att delta i diskussioner om olika ämnen med beslutsfattare och talare inom en rad olika professionella bakgrunder. Evenemanget har tidigare ägt rum två gånger, första gången 2014 och därefter 2016, med hearings under de månader som följer efter evenemanget. Evenemanget äger rum vartannat år, och för tredje gången kommer det att hållas 1–2 juni 2018. (sv)
