The diagnostic enterprise method is a management theory whose methods were created based on Frederick Winslow Taylor's principles to develop new ways in which companies can change their internal structure without outside help. Some of the techniques bring the managers the advantage to find opportunity areas in the company to correct them without affecting the enterprise development.
