David Millner (born 24 July 1938) is a former English cricketer who played first-class cricket for Derbyshire between 1960 and 1964. Millner was born in Dove Holes, Derbyshire. He played his first game for Derbyshire Club and Ground in 1954 at the age of 16 and played for the Second XI in the Minor Counties Championship from 1955. He moved up to the first team in the 1960 season, making his debut against Worcestershire. He hit one of his two half-century innings in 1960 against Essex.
