- Dare I Say... is the second studio album by stoner rock band Hermano. It was released on the MeteorCity label and produced by the band and executive producer Ram Lauwrier. Since the band members lived in different locations, the album was recorded in various studios. (en)

Il a été produit par le groupe et Ram Lauwrier. En 2003, le batteur Steve Earle a quitté le groupe et est remplacé par Chris Leathers en provenance de Supafuzz. Le guitariste Mike Callahan est retourné dans son groupe, Earshot (il reviendra en 2006) et ne participe pas à cet album. Cet album fut enregistré de façon originale, n'habitant pas dans la même région, chaque musicien enregistra ses parties musicales et ses idées dans un studio différent et partagea les fichiers par internet. Mancano infatti il chitarrista Mike Callahan ed il batterista Steve Earle, che saranno sostituiti rispettivamente da Eric Belt e da Chris Leathers. Il disco vira verso direzioni più vicine al metal rispetto al precedente album, e i pezzi rappresentativi sono Cowboy Suck, My Boy (pezzo del quale è stato girato anche un videoclip), Let's Get It On e la finale Angry American.
