- في علم بيولوجيا الخلية، الانشقاق الثلم «ثنية الانقسام» أو ما يمكننا تسميته (ظاهرة التخصّر) هي المسافة من سطح الخلية التي يبدأ عندها انقسام الخلية لخليتين متماثلين، ويخضع لهذا النوع من الانشقاق الخلايا الحيوانية وبعض الخلايا الطحلبية. تعرف آخر مرحلة في الانقسام بالانقسام السيتوبلازمي أي انقسام الغشاء البلازمي النهائي في عملية انقسام الخلايا. إن البروتينات المسؤولة عن بدء عملية التخصّر هي الأكتين والميوسين وتخلق حلقة تسمى «حلقة الأكتوميوسين» بالإضافة إلى بروتينات هيكلية أخرى تشارك في هذه العملية. - In cell biology, the cleavage furrow is the indentation of the cell's surface that begins the progression of cleavage, by which animal and some algal cells undergo cytokinesis, the final splitting of the membrane, in the process of cell division. The same proteins responsible for muscle contraction, actin and myosin, begin the process of forming the cleavage furrow, creating an actomyosin ring. Other cytoskeletal proteins and actin binding proteins are involved in the procedure. (en)
- Le sillon de division est l'invagination de la surface cellulaire, se situant à l'endroit où se trouvait la plaque équatoriale. Il est la première indication de la segmentation dans une cellule animale ou une cellule d'algue subissant la cytocinèse, la division définitive du cytoplasme pendant le processus de division cellulaire. Quand les microfilaments d'actine interagissent avec les myosines, ceci provoque la diminution progressive du diamètre du sillon. Remarque : l'actine et la myosine sont des protéines responsables pour la contraction musculaire.
