- Die Cheilektomie (griech. χείλος cheĩlos Lippe) ist ein Operationsverfahren im Bereich orthopädische Chirurgie bzw. Fußchirurgie. Es ist ein gelenkerhaltendes Verfahren, das bei leichten Formen von Arthrose des Großzehengrundgelenkes angewendet wird.
