- Zámek Stuart (anglicky: Castle Stuart), se nachází ve Skotsku na pobřeží zálivu Moray Firth, nedaleko Inverness (cca 16 km severovýchodně), střediska skotské Vysočiny (Highlands). Zámek byl postaven pro mezi lety 1619 až 1625. Dílo bylo po dlouhodobém užívaní bez větších oprav kompletně zrestaurováno na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Dnes funguje jako luxusní ubytovací zařízení. Nedaleko zámku se nalézá místní hřbitov s malým kostelíkem, jenž není součástí stavby a je užíván pro nedaleké vesničky Fisherton a Newton. (cs)
- Castle Stuart ist ein restaurierter Wohnturm an den Ufern des Moray Firth etwa 10 km nordöstlich von Inverness in der schottischen Verwaltungseinheit Highland. Das Gelände, auf dem die Burg errichtet wurde, erhielt James Stewart, 1. Earl of Moray, von seiner Halbschwester, Maria Stuart, nachdem diese 1561 nach Schottland zurückgekehrt war. Die späteren Morde an James Stewart und seinen Schwiegersohn, , führten dazu, dass die Burg schließlich vom Enkel des 1. Earls, , 1625 fertiggestellt wurde. Die Burg prosperierte anfangs, wurde dann aber nicht mehr genutzt, als der Stern des Hauses Stuart im englischen Bürgerkrieg sank und König Karl I. hingerichtet wurde. Die Burg lag 300 Jahre lang in Trümmern, bevor sie restauriert wurde. Heute ist sie ein Luxushotel. Historic Scotland hat es als historisches Bauwerk der Kategorie A gelistet. (de)
- Castle Stuart is a restored tower house on the banks of the Moray Firth, about 6.5 miles (10 km) northeast of Inverness. The land the castle was built on was granted to James Stewart, 1st Earl of Moray by his half-sister, Mary, Queen of Scots, following her return to Scotland in 1561. The successive murders of Stewart and his son-in-law, James Stewart, 2nd Earl of Moray, meant that the castle was finally completed by his grandson, James Stuart, 3rd Earl of Moray, in 1625. Though the castle initially flourished, it fell into disuse as the fortunes of the House of Stuart sank during the English Civil War and Charles I was executed. The castle lay derelict for 300 years before being restored; it is currently used as a luxury hotel. (en)
