Canntaireachd (pronounced [ˈkʰãũn̪ˠt̪ɛɾʲəxk]; Scottish Gaelic for 'chanting') is the ancient method of teaching, learning and memorizing Piobaireachd (also spelt Pibroch), a type of music primarily played on the Great Highland bagpipe.
