- Cab-bike je velomobil německé výroby, který byl navržen . Je ve výrobě od roku 1998. Cílem autora bylo vyrobit vozidlo na celoroční dojíždění. Cab-bike je celoodpružená tříkolka s dvěma koly vepředu a se samonosnou karosérií. Ta je přitom do určité míry modulární a tak se různé Cab-biky mohou vzhledově v horní části značně lišit — v nabídce je jednak varianta Cabin, kdy je jezdec zcela ukryt, jednak varianta Speedster, kdy hlava jezdce vyčuhuje a vzhledem k menšímu aerodynamickému odporu je snazší dosáhnout vyšších rychlostí. - The Cab-Bike is a velomobile that has been in production since 1998. Designed by and manufactured by German Eslava, it was developed as a vehicle that would permit year-round commuting. Its features include a self-supporting Monocoque chassis, suspension on all three wheels, a completely enclosed chain, and a large luggage area. The vehicle is built in a modular fashion and can be converted to different designs by changing some of the exterior covers. In the "Cabin" version of the Cab-Bike, the rider is fully enclosed and protected from the elements, while in the "Speedster" version the rider's head is exposed. Because of its reduced frontal area the "Speedster" is also faster than the Cabin version. PIMA Velo Bike of Poland have since acquired production and trade rights for the Cab-Bike. Their technical and styling updates have given rise to the Cab-Bike Hawk. (en)
- Le Cab-Bike est un vélomobile produit depuis 1998 en Allemagne. Dessiné par Reihold Schwemmer et fabriqué par Germany Eslava, c'est un véhicule conçu pour un usage quotidien toute l'année. Il comprend une structure monocoque autoportante, une suspension sur les trois roues, une chaine complètement protégée, et beaucoup de place pour les bagages. Le Cab-Bike est conçu de manière modulaire, et peut être converti en changeant la partie supérieure. Dans la version "Cabin", le pilote est complètement protégé des éléments à l'intérieur de la carrosserie, alors que dans la version "Cabrio" sa tête est à l'extérieur. À cause de sa surface frontale et de son poids, réduits, le "Cabrio" est plus rapide. Le "Cabin" pèse 35 kg, le "Cabrio" 32 kg. Les deux sont faits d'une coque en résine et fibre de verre, sur une structure en fibres de carbone. Leur voie avant est de 75 cm. Ils sont équipés en standard d'un changement de vitesse dans le moyeu à 14 vitesses Rohloff.
