- Bowley's law, also known as the law of the constant wage share, is a stylized fact of economics which states that the wage share of a country, i.e., the share of a country's economic output that is given to employees as compensation for their work (usually in the form of wages), remains constant over time. It is named after the English economist Arthur Bowley. Research conducted near the start of the 21st century, however, found wage share to have declined since the 1980s in most major economies. (en)

- Prawo Bowleya – prawo stałości względnego udziału płac w PKB sformułowane przez brytyjskiego ekonomistę na podstawie danych brytyjskiej gospodarki z końca XIX i początku XX wieku. Zgodnie z tym prawem ⅓ wypracowanych zysków była zatrzymywana przez przedsiębiorcę, a pozostała część trafiała do pracowników w formie pensji.
