- The Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy opened at Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1984, responding to the need for an academic forum to study the burgeoning field of health law and to foster a dialogue between legal and health care professionals. Since that time, the Beazley Institute has grown to offer one of the most comprehensive and respected health law programs in the country, consistently ranked among the best health law programs in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. The Institute today comprises students, faculty, researchers, practitioners, lecturers, librarians and staff working together to educate the health law leaders of tomorrow. (en)
