- باسل الأعرج (1984-2017) هو مقاوم وثائر فلسطيني، ناشط ومثقّف وباحث وصيدلي متخرج من إحدى الجامعات المصرية، اشتهر بكتاباته وتنظيره للثورة والمقاومة.اغتالته قوات الاحتلال (الإسرائيلية) في السادس من مارس عام 2017 بعد مقاومة منه فاستشهد وهو مشتبك ولم تنفذ ذخيرته كما نشر الإعلام فقد وُجد في موقع الشهادة وكما تبيّن في فيديو الاحتلال عدد من الرصاصات في السلاح، وأطلق عليه لقب «المثقف المشتبك» بين الناشطين الفلسطينيين. - Bassel al-Araj (Arabic: باسل الأعرج, 1984 — 2017) was a Palestinian activist, writer and author. Known for his writings about revolution and Arab nationalism, al-Araj was killed on 6 March 2017 by a unit belonging to Israel’s Yamam police force, after a gunfight lasting nearly two hours broke out as they attempted to raid his home. He is known as "the educated martyr" among some Palestinian activists. (en)
