- Bali is a Local Government Area in Taraba State, Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Bali. The Major Tribe in Bali are Jukun, Fulani/Jibu, Chamba etc. A settlement of the Tiv, Igbo Mumuye and Niger Delta tribes can be found there.
