- Bae Myung-hoon (Korean: 배명훈; born 1978) is a South Korean science fiction writer. He has written ten novels, over fifty short stories and novellas, and numerous essays. He is best known for his composite novel Taweo (타워 Tower) and short story collection Anyeong, ingongjonjae (안녕, 인공존재 Hello, The Artificial Being!). He was named one of the “ten best science fiction writers in South Korea” by The Science Times in 2012. (en)
- 배명훈(裵明勳, 1978년 6월 5일 ~ )은 대한민국의 과학소설 작가이다. 서울대학교 외교학과를 졸업 후, 서울대학교 대학원 외교학과에서 석사 학위를 받았다. 2005년 〈Smart D〉로 과학기술 창작문예 단편부문을 수상했다. 같은 해 11월 25일 환상문학 웹진 거울에 〈다이어트〉를 발표하면서 필진으로 합류한 이래 다양한 매체를 통해서 작품을 발표하고 있다. 《에스콰이어》 2007년 1월호에서 "The Newest: 2007년 우리가 주목해야 할 대중문화 예술의 첨병 14인"에 선정되었다. 2010년에는 '안녕, 인공존재!'로 2010 문학동네 젊은작가상을 수상했다.
