- El salt d'alçada aturat masculí va ser una de les proves d'atletisme que es va dur a terme als Jocs Olímpics de París de 1900. El salt d'alçada aturat es va disputar el 16 de juliol de 1900 i en ella hi prengueren part tres atletes, tots ells dels Estats Units. (ca)
- The men's standing high jump was a track & field athletics event at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris. It was held on July 16, 1900. Three athletes, all from the United States, competed in the standing high jump. The event was won by Ray Ewry of the United States, who took gold in all three of the standing jumps in 1900 (and in all three in 1900 and in both that remained on the programme in each of the 1904, 1906 Intercalated, and 1908 Games). His teammate Irving Baxter earned silver in all three 1900 standing jumps. The American sweep (guaranteed with only Americans competing) was completed with Lewis Sheldon taking bronze. (en)
- Der Standhochsprung der Männer bei den Olympischen Spielen 1900 in Paris wurde am 16. Juli 1900 im Croix Catelan entschieden. Es nahmen nur drei Springer aus den Vereinigten Staaten teil. Dort waren die Sprungdisziplinen aus dem Stand besonders populär. Dabei durfte nur einmal zum Sprung angesetzt werden, wurde der ganz vom Boden abgehobene Fuß vor Ausführung des Sprunges wieder aufgesetzt, galt dies als Fehlversuch. Bei Olympischen Spielen standen die Standsprünge erstmals auf dem Programm und blieben bis einschließlich 1912 olympisch. Der Standsprungspezialist Raymond Ewry wurde Olympiasieger vor dem Doppelgoldmedaillengewinner im Hoch- und Stabhochsprung Irving Baxter. Der Dreisprungdritte Lewis Sheldon belegte auch hier den dritten Platz. (de)
