- اللاخطوية-اللاوقوفية (بالإنجليزية:Astasia-abasia ) هي عدم القدرة على الوقوف أو المشي بطريقة طبيعية. اللاوقوفية ( Astasia) تشير إلى عدم القدرة على الوقوف والاستقامة بدون مساعدة. اللاخطوية(Abasia ) تشير إلى اعتلال في التنسيق الحركي خلال المشي. مصطلح اللاخطوية يعني حرفيا أن المسافة الجانبية بين القدمين في المشي متقلبة و غير قابلة للقياس. عند الإصابة به نتيجة اضطراب التحويل ، تكون المشيه غريبة ولا توحي بخلل عضوي معين : في كثير من الأحيان يترنح المريض بعنف و يقترب من السقوط ،ولكنه يستعيد توازنه في آخر لحظة. عدم القدرة على الوقوف أو المشي بشكل كامل يمكن ملاحظته في الأمراض العصبية مثل السكتة الدماغية، مرض باركنسون، تلف المخيخ، متلازمة غيلان باريه، استسقاء الرأس سوي الضغط وغيرها الكثير. في استسقاء الرأس سوي الضغط، على سبيل المثال، عندما لا يتم علاج المريض، مشية المريض تصبح قصيرة مع حصول خلط وارتباك وسقوط في أحيان كثيرة، وأخيرا تتطور الحالة حتى يصبح الوقوف والجلوس أو حتى التقلب على السرير مستحيلا. ويشار إلى هذه الحالة المتقدمة باسم «استسقاء الرأس اللاخطوي واللاوقوفي». - Astasia-abasia refers to the inability to either stand or walk in a normal manner. Astasia refers to the inability to stand upright unassisted. Abasia refers to lack of motor coordination in walking. The term abasia literally means that the base of gait (the lateral distance between the two feet) is inconstant or unmeasurable. When seen in conversion disorder, the gait is bizarre and is not suggestive of a specific organic lesion: often the patient sways wildly and nearly falls, recovering at the last moment. An acquired total inability to stand and walk can be seen in organic neurological diseases, including stroke, Parkinson's disease, damage to the cerebellum, Guillain–Barré syndrome, normal pressure hydrocephalus and many others. In normal pressure hydrocephalus, for example, when the condition remains untreated, the patient's gait becomes shortened, with frequent shuffling and falls; eventually standing, sitting, and even rolling over in bed become impossible. This advanced state is referred to as "hydrocephalic astasia-abasia". (en)
