- قانون الأنجاب المساعد البشري : هو قانون صادر عن البرلمان الكندي. الغرض منه لتنظيم مساعدة التكاثر البشري والبحوث المتعلقة به.وهو واحد من أكثر اجزاء التشريعات الشاملة في العالم بشأن تكنلوجيا التكاثر والابحاث المتعلقة بها.قدم ومرر في عام 2004 وكان حيز التنفيذ في عام 2007 . وكان المقصود من القانون تزويد الكنديين بنظام الترخيص، والمراقبة، وتفتيش، وتنفيذ الانشطة المتعلقة بمساعدة التكاثر البشربهدف حماية وتعزيز صحة وامان وقيم الكنديين.القانون يحدد الانشطة المحضورة وبالإضافة إلى الانشطة الخاضعة للرقابة، وهي انشطة مساعدة التكاثر البشري التي يمكن تنفيذها في كندا ولكنها تحتاج إلى ترخيص والالتزام بالتعليمات.ومع ذلك قضية المحكمة العليا لعام 2010 والتي قضت بان اجزاء معينة من القانون تعدت السلطة التشريعات للحكومية الفدرالية، وهذا يعني ان نطاق الإطار التنظيمي للقانون تم تقليله بشكل مؤثر. - The Assisted Human Reproduction Act (the Act) is law enacted by the Parliament of Canada. Its purpose is to regulate assisted human reproduction (AHR) and related research. It is one of the most comprehensive pieces of legislation in the world concerning reproductive technologies and related research. It was introduced and passed in 2004 and was fully in force by 2007. The Act was meant to provide Canadians with a system of licensing, monitoring, inspection and enforcement of activities relating to AHR in order to protect and promote Canadians' health, safety and values. It identifies prohibited activities, as well as controlled activities, which are AHR activities that can be performed in Canada but require a licence and adherence to the regulations. However, a 2010 Supreme Court case that ruled that certain sections of the Act exceeded the federal government's legislative power means that the scope of the Act's regulatory framework was significantly reduced (see below).
