- حكومة الجزائر (بالفرنسية: Gouvernement de la Algérie) هي من أهم الأطراف في السلطة التنفيذية الجزائرية. تضبط الحكومة السياسة العامة للدولة، ويقودها الوزير الأول الجزائري حسب الدستور الجزائري، تتكون من حوالي أربعين وزارة ووزير دولة وكاتب دولة ووزارة منتدبة تخضع الحكومة للتعيين من قبل رئيس الجمهورية من بين الأحزاب الأكثر تمثيلا في البرلمان الجزائري كما أن المفارقة في النظام السياسي الجزائري ان الحكومة لايمكن أن يسحب منها البرلمان الثقة بل هي صلاحية حصرية بيد رئيس الجمهورية الجزائرية كما إن منصب الوزير الأول الجزائري يظل منصبا إداريا أكثر منه تنفيذيا وجدير بالذكر أن أخر تعديل حكومي كان في 11 مارس 2019. - The Council of Ministers is an Algerian government body established by the Algerian Constitution to discuss and adopt some of the main acts of executive power, such as the tabling of government bills or the appointment of senior officials. It is chaired by the President of the Republic and brings together the Prime Minister, all full-service ministers and, depending on the government, all or some of the lower-ranking ministers. Only a very summary report of the meetings being published, it is also supposed to allow the ministers to freely discuss the policy of the Government. It traditionally meets at El Mouradia Palace, the official residence of the President, although it can be summoned anywhere and at any time by the President. The Council is one of the elements allowing the President of the Republic to direct the executive power despite the great role theoretically assigned to the Prime Minister by the Constitution. It enables it to control the development and implementation of Government policy and to give or refuse its agreement to a certain number of important decisions, and, more generally, to mark its views on discussions involving the whole of the Government. The Council of Ministers is the only formal meeting of all members of the executive branch of the Government. The President may also chair restricted councils comprising certain ministers. (en)
- Le Gouvernement de la République algérienne constitue la seconde tête d'un pouvoir exécutif bicéphale. Organe collégial hiérarchisé, il détermine et conduit la politique de l'Algérie. Il dispose de l'administration et de la force armée. Les membres du Gouvernement sont nommés par le président de la République et sont placés sous l'autorité politique du Premier ministre, chef du Gouvernement. (fr)
- Le Conseil des ministres est un organe établi par la Constitution algérienne pour discuter et adopter certains des actes principaux du pouvoir exécutif, comme le dépôt des projets de loi du gouvernement ou la nomination de hauts fonctionnaires. Il est présidé par le président de la République et réunit le Premier ministre, tous les ministres de plein exercice et, selon le gouvernement, tout ou partie des ministres de rang inférieur. Seul un compte rendu très synthétique des réunions étant publié, il est aussi censé permettre aux ministres de débattre librement de la politique du Gouvernement. Il se réunit traditionnellement au palais d'El Mouradia, la résidence officielle du président, bien qu'il puisse être convoqué en tout lieu et à tout moment par le président. Le Conseil est l'un des éléments permettant au président de la République de diriger le pouvoir exécutif malgré le grand rôle théoriquement dévolu au Premier ministre par la Constitution. Il lui permet de contrôler l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de la politique du Gouvernement et de donner ou refuser son accord à un certain nombre de décisions importantes, et, plus généralement, de marquer de ses vues les discussions impliquant l’ensemble du Gouvernement. Le Conseil des ministres est la seule réunion formelle de l'ensemble des membres du Gouvernement. Le président peut par ailleurs présider des conseils restreints comprenant certains ministres. (fr)
