- خلايا الأسيدوفيل، هي الخلايا التي توجد في الغدة النخامية الأمامية، ولها قابلية عالية على التصبغ بالأحماض يستخدم مصطلح «أسيدوفيل» لوصف نوعين مختلفين من الخلايا التي توجد في الغدة النخامية الأمامية، وتلطخ جيدا بالأصباغ الحمضية هما:
* الخلية الجسدية، التي تفرز هرمون النمو (هرمون ببتيدي)
* الخلية المفرزة للبرولاكتين، التي تفرز البرولاكتين (هرمون ببتيدي) لا يمكن تمييز هذان النوعان عن بعضها البعض، وذلك عند استخدام تقنيات التلوين القياسية (على الرغم من أنه يمكن تمييزها عن الخلايا القاعدية النخامية والكروموفوبيا)، لذا يتم تصنيفها ببساطة على أنها خلية حمضية «أسيدوفلية». (ar)
- Unter einer azidophilen Zelle im weitesten Sinne versteht man eine Zelle, die azidophil ist, das heißt, die sich durch saure Farbstoffe wie Eosin anfärben lässt. Zumeist unterscheidet man jedoch im Hypophysenvorderlappen azidophile von basophilen und von chromophoben Zellen. Zu den azidophilen Zellen im Hypophysenvorderlappen zählt man die Somatropin-produzierenden Zellen und die Prolaktin-produzierenden Zellen, die man im histologischen Schnitt jedoch nicht voneinander unterscheiden kann. * lactotrophs, which secrete prolactin (a peptide hormone) When using standard staining techniques, they cannot be distinguished from each other (though they can be distinguished from basophils and chromophobes), and are therefore identified simply as "acidophils". (en)
