- The A2 motorway in Cyprus is a road which branches off the A1 at Pera Chorio-Nisou and connects to the A3. It is referred to locally as the Nicosia - Larnaca motorway (Greek: Αυτοκινητόδρομος Λευκωσίας - Λάρνακας, Turkish: Lefkoşa - Larnaka yolu). It is also called "the tube" because it is mostly straight with a very limited number of exits. Two of its 6 junctions are limited access to facilitate access to Athienou. At the Rizoelia Junction, space has been made to construct a flyover from the A2 to the BS, as seen on Google maps. (en)
- Ο Αυτοκινητόδρομος Α2 (ή Αυτοκινητόδρομος Λευκωσίας - Λάρνακας) είναι ένας αυτοκινητόδρομος στο νησί της Κύπρου ο οποίος συνδέει τον αυτοκινητόδρομο Α1 στο Πέρα Χωριό με τον αυτοκινητόδρομο Α3 στην Λάρνακα. Είναι 21 χιλιόμετρα και σε όλο το μήκος του αποτελείται από 2 λωρίδες κυκλοφορίας ανά κατεύθυνση (και ΛΕΑ). Αποτελεί τον δεύτερο αυτοκινητόδρομο που κατασκευάστηκε στο νησί (ολοκληρώθηκε το 1991) καθώς επίσης και τον πρώτο αυτοκινητόδρομο σύγχρονων προδιαγραφών. Στα αγγλικά αποκαλείται συχνά και ως "the tube" (σωλήνας) λόγω των πολύ περιορισμένων του εξόδων (6 έξοδοι σε 21 χιλιόμετρα, κάθε μια έξοδος ανά 3,5 χιλιόμετρα κατά μέσο όρο). Στον κόμβο της Ριζοελιάς, ο χώρος έχει διαμορφωθεί έτσι ώστε να υπάρχει πρόβλεψη για μελλοντική ανισόπεδη σύνδεση του Α2 με τον Α3 (el)
