- Γενικές εκλογές διενεργήθηκαν στην επαρχία του Καναδά Νέα Γη και Λαμπραντόρ στις 16 Μαΐου 2019. Εξελέγησαν τα 40 μέλη της 50ής συνέλευσης. Το που κυβερνούσε από το 2011 ως το 2015, προηγείτο στις δημοσκοπήσεις. Ωστόσο, το , με αρχηγό τον πρωθυπουργό , το οποίο κέρδισε επανεκλογή, αν και έχασε μία έδρα από το Νέο Δημοκρατικό Κόμμα στην εκλογική περιφέρεια του Δυτικού Λαμπραντόρ με διαφορά 5 ψήφων. Έπειτα από νέα καταμέτρηση των ψηφοδελτίων, η διαφορά των ψήφων στο Δυτικό Λαμπραντόρ μειώθηκε στις 2 ψήφους. Η συμμετοχή στις εκλογές ήταν της τάξης του 60,6%. (el)
- The 2019 Newfoundland and Labrador general election was held on May 16, 2019, to elect members of the 49th General Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador. Despite consistent Progressive Conservative leads in polling towards the end of the campaign, including a nine-point lead in the final poll released a day before the election, the Liberal Party led by Dwight Ball won re-election, but nonetheless fell one seat short of retaining their majority after an unexpected loss to the New Democrats in Labrador West originally in the initial count by five votes. This resulted in the Liberals winning 20 seats, exactly half of the House of Assembly. A subsequent recount shortened the margin of victory in Labrador West to just two votes. (en)

À l'issue du scrutin, le gouvernement du premier ministre libéral Dwight Ball reste en place mais n'a plus la majorité absolue des siéges, une première dans la province.
