- Mužská čtyřhra Chengdu Open 2018 probíhala ve druhé polovině září 2018. Do deblové soutěže čchengtuského tenisového turnaje hraného na tvrdém povrchu nastoupilo šestnáct dvojic. Obhájcem titulu byl izraelsko-pákistánský pár Jonatan Erlich a Ajsám Kúreší, jehož členové nestartovali společně. Erlich nastoupil s Jamesem Cerretanim, aby v úvodním kole podlehli Pellovi se Sousou. Spoluhráčem Kúrešího se stal Santiago González, s nímž skončil v semifinále na raketách Dodiga a Paviće. Vítězem se stal nejvýše nasazený pár Chorvatů Ivan Dodig a Mate Pavić, který ve finále zdolal americko-indickou dvojici Austin Krajicek a Džívan Nedunčežijan po dvousetovém průběhu 6–2 a 6–4. Oba šampioni si do žebříčku ATP připsali 250 bodů a získali druhou společnou trofej po triumfu na German Open 2017. Celková kariérní bilance zápasů vítězného páru po turnaji činila 17–6. Dvacátý čtvrtý hráč deblového žebříčku Dodig vybojoval jedenáctý deblový titul na okruhu ATP Tour a pro světovou čtyřku Paviće to bylo třinácté takové turnajové vítězství. (cs)

Erlich played alongside James Cerretani, but lost in the first round to Guido Pella and João Sousa. Qureshi teamed up with Santiago González and lost in the semifinals to Ivan Dodig and Mate Pavić. Dodig and Pavić went on to win the title, defeating Austin Krajicek and Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan in the final, 6–2, 6–4. (en)
