- Mužská čtyřhra Antalya Open 2018 probíhala ve druhé polovině června 2018. Do deblové soutěže antalyjského tenisového turnaje hraného na trávě nastoupilo šestnáct dvojic. Obhájcem titulu byl pár Robert Lindstedt a Ajsám Kúreší, jehož členové nestartovali společně. se rozhodl turnaje nezúčastnit. Lindstedt zvolil start na paralelně probíhajícím Nature Valley International v Eastbourne. Spoluhráčem Kúrešího se stal Jean-Julien Rojer, s nímž skončil v úvodním kole na raketách Romana Jebavého a Julia Peralty. Vítězem se stal nenasazený brazilsko-mexický pár Marcelo Demoliner a Santiago González, který ve finále zdolal nizozemské turnajové trojky s Matwém Middelkoopem. Po dvousetovém průběhu 7–5 a 6–7 rozhodl až supertiebreak poměrem míčů [10–8]. Oba šampioni si do žebříčku ATP připsali 250 bodů a získali premiérovou společnou trofej. González vybojoval dvanáctý deblový titul na okruhu ATP Tour a pro 29letého Demolinera to bylo první turnajové vítězství po šňůře šesti finálových porážek. (cs)
