  • 第一屆立法院立法委員於1948年1月21日至23日選出，應選773席實選759席（未選出者包括新疆省缺1人；西藏地方缺2人；僑居國外國民缺11人）。任期從民國37年（1948年）5月5日至民國80年（1991年）12月31日。 1950年12月27日，行政院建議蔣中正，咨請立法院同意，由現任立法委員延長任期1年「以繼續行使立法權」。12月29日，立法院第21次會議，就蔣中正咨商立法院「延長立法委員任期1年咨文」，舉行討論，全場一致鼓掌通過，「贊同延長任期1年」。原定立法委員任期於1951年5月7日屆滿，「惟各省市政府均無法行使職權」，既不能辦理選民調查，「選民亦無法行使其選舉權」，行政院乃建議咨商立法院，使立法委員「任期延長1年」。由於兩岸情勢關係，隨中華民國政府遷台者一直沒有進行改選，許多立法委員一直當到過世，未過世者則一直任職至1991年12月31日方才全面退職。 以下名單所列委員，係行憲第一屆立法委員之正式選出之委員及歷次遞補之委員（120席），并不包括依《中華民國憲法》制定之《動員戡亂時期臨時條款》第六項規定辦理自由地區中央公職人員增補選舉、增額選舉當選者。 (zh)
