The 1958 Wyoming Cowboys football team represented the University of Wyoming in the 1958 NCAA University Division football season. It was the Cowboys' 63rd season and they competed as a member of the Skyline Conference. The team was led by head coach Bob Devaney, in his second year, and played their home games at War Memorial Stadium in Laramie, Wyoming. Led on the field by quarterbacks Jerry Wilkinson and Jim Walden, the Cowboys were 7–3 (6–1 Skyline) in the regular season, won the Sun Bowl over Hardin–Simmons to finish 8–3, and outscored their opponents 205 to 136.
