Chang Li-shan (Chinese: 張麗善; pinyin: Zhāng Lìshàn; Wade–Giles: Chang1 Li4-shan4; born 1 January 1964) is a Taiwanese politician. She served on the Legislative Yuan from 2005 to 2008, and again from 2016 to 2018, when she was elected magistrate of Yunlin County.

(in) 張麗善（1964年1月1日－），臺灣政治人物，生於雲林縣土庫鎮，中國國民黨籍，現任雲林縣縣長。係由護理人員轉戰政治領域。曾任第六、九屆立法委員與國民黨立法院黨團副書記長。2005年以無黨籍參選立法委員即獲全縣第一高票，後交棒予其姪女張嘉郡於海線延續張派政治命脈。曾於2009年一度參與雲林縣長選舉，後於選前68天閃電退選；2014年捲土重來，卻以43%的得票率大敗給前代理縣長李進勇。2015年4月，接任行政院雲嘉南區聯合服務中心執行長，不過因張嘉郡交棒其弟張鎔麒，需專心輔選而於十月底辭職。2015年底，獲國民黨提名不分區立委第九名並順利重返立院。2018年再獲提名參選縣長，並於選前22天辭去立委一職，終以近五萬票的差距擊敗尋求連任的李進勇，其家族在歷經十三年後重返雲林縣府；2022年，擊敗時任立委劉建國，高票當選連任，甚至在莿桐鄉以外的所有鄉鎮市均取得領先。 (zh)
