Mustaf\u00E1 was among the leading Bah\u00E1\u02BC\u00EDs in Iraq until he moved to Beirut in the late 1870s, where he coordinated pilgrims going to see Bah\u00E1\u02BCu'll\u00E1h in \u02BBAkk\u00E1, and later he was involved with the movement of the B\u00E1b's remains to \u02BBAkk\u00E1.
