- Το Κανναβουργείο της Έδεσσας ήταν μια πρότυπη βιομηχανική μονάδα, δημιουργίας σχοινιών και σπάγκων από ινδική κάνναβη. Ήταν το μεγαλύτερο από τα 4 Κανναβουργεία της Ελλάδας, σε παραγωγή και εγκαταστάσεις. Αποτελεί παράρτημα του Υπαίθριου Μουσείου Νερού Έδεσσας, που βρίσκεται στο σημείο Μεγάλος Κρημνός, δίπλα στην παραδοσιακή συνοικία της πόλης, και στο Γεωπάρκο των Καταρρακτών. Λειτούργησε ως εργοστάσιο ως το 1967, και έπειτα παρέμεινε εγκαταλελειμμένο. Αργότερα, το 1997, μετατράπηκε σε πολυχώρο αναψυχής και εκπαίδευσης και συνέχισε την λειτουργία του ως το 2014 όπου έκλεισε οριστικά. Το 2022 αναμένονται να ξεκινήσουν οι εργασίες αποκατάστασης και επαναλειτουργίας του Βιομηχανικού συγκροτήματος με σκοπό την στέγαση ενός Βιομηχανικού Μουσείου και πολυχώρου πολιτισμού και αναψυχής.
