- Zi Ran Men o ziranmen (en chino tradicional, 自然門; en chino simplificado, 自然门; pinyin, 'zìránmén'; Wade-Giles, 'tzu-jan men'; literalmente "el estilo ziran natural"), conocido también como boxeo natural, es un estilo interno de arte marciales del norte de China que es enseñado en conjunto con qigong y técnicas de respiración. Este estilo remonta su linaje al Enano Xu, que lo basó en la antigua filosofía taoísta. Du Xin Wu el siguiente portador del linaje, sirvió de guardaespaldas a Sun Yat-sen, en aquel entonces el presidente provisional de la República de China. Wu le enseñó este arte marcial a su hijo mayor Du Xiu Si y a Wang Laisheng un prominente artista marcial del siglo XX. (es)

Le style fut ensuite transmis au maître Du Xinwu qui fut connu pour avoir été le garde du corps de Sun Yat-sen. Il le transmit à son tour au maître Wan Laisheng. The style traces its lineage to Dwarf Xu, who based it on ancient Taoist philosophy. Du Xinwu, the next bearer of the lineage, served as a bodyguard to Sun Yat-sen, then the provisional president of the Republic of China. Du imparted his knowledge of "Natural Boxing" to his eldest son Du Xiu Si and Wan Laisheng, a prominent twentieth century martial artist. (en)

Secondo Ziranmen Gongfu questa Scuola segue la teoria Taoista ed ha componenti sia di Waijia che Neijia. Oggi lo Ziranmen è praticato nelle province di Hunan e Fujian. (it)
