Der Standardkubikzentimeter ist ein Gasvolumen von V = 1 cm³ unter Normbedingungen (T = 0 °C und p = 1013,25 hPa), den sog. physikalischen Normbedingungen bzw. STP nach DIN 1343. Das standardisierte Volumen lässt sich durch Multiplikation mit der zugehörigen Normdichte in eine Masse umrechnen.
