- Die Königliche Olivaint-Vereinigung von Belgien V.o.G. ist eine belgische, pluralistische, apolitische und unabhängige Studentenvereinigung für Hochschul- und Universitätsstudenten. Der Verein wurde im Jahre 1954 gegründet. Sein Slogan lautet: “Das Regieren verstehen, um regieren zu lernen”. Das Hauptziel besteht darin, junge Erwachsene für die Ausübung ihrer beruflichen Tätigkeiten auf höchster Ebene vorzubereiten. Im Mittelpunkt steht das Übernehmen von Verantwortung im Beruf und das bürgerschaftlichen Engagement. Der Verein ist parteipolitisch unabhängig. Mitgliedskandidaten müssen ein Bewerbungsschreiben mit einem Lebenslauf mit Bewerbungsschreiben. Danach findet ein Gespräch mit dem Vorstand des Vereins statt. Die Mitgliederzahl ist auf 50 Studenten pro Jahr begrenzt. Die Mitgliedschaft selber läuft maximal zwei Jahre.Der Verein arbeitet unter anderem mit der Oxford Union Society zusammen. (de)
- La conferencia Olivaint de Bélgica (francés: Conférence Olivaint de Belgique, holandés: Olivaint Genootschap van België, engels: Olivaint Conference of Belgium) es una organización belga, de liderazgo multilingüe independiente y unión de debate de estudiantes, fundada en 1954. Es la única organización estudiantil en Bélgica que opera en ambos idiomas oficiales (francés y holandés). El lema de la asociación es "Enseñar a la gobernanza hoy, creando líderes para el mañana". Su objetivo es dar a conocer a los jóvenes universitarios, preferentemente en su tercer año de estudios, los asuntos públicos y la toma de responsabilidades, en un espíritu de bilingüismo, pluralidad de ideas y pluridisciplinariedad. La Conferencia Olivaint de Bélgica se encuentra bajo la dirección del Consejo de Administración. Supervisa las realizaciones y trabajos de los estudiantes. Los estudiantes votan por sí mismos por el Presidente y el Consejo de Estudiantes. Estos estudiantes tienen un papel clave en la organización de las principales actividades de la Conferencia. Miembros candidatos deberán presentar una solicitud por escrito y someterse a una entrevista realizada por la junta directiva de la Conferencia. La Conferencia limita su membresía a 50 personas por término académico. La membresía está limitada a dos años. It is the only student organisation in Belgium operating in both official languages (Dutch & French). The slogan of the association is 'Teaching governance today, growing leaders for tomorrow'. Its aim is to educate its members for public life. Its focus is on training in public speaking, debating, writing and leading conferences with top politicians, academics and business executives. The Olivaint Conference of Belgium was founded on the model of the Conférence Olivaint in France. Candidate members must submit a written application and undergo an interview by the Conference's board of directors. The Conference limit its membership to 50 persons per academic term. Membership is limited to two years. The association is a member of the , an international network of similar organizations like Olivaint Conférence and Studentenforum im Tönissteiner Kreis. - L'association royale Conférence Olivaint de Belgique a.s.b.l. (COB) est une association d'étudiants de débat et de réflexion apolitique, laïc, pluraliste, indépendante à but non lucratif, fondée en 1954. Elle a pour but de familiariser ses membres à la chose publique et à la prise de responsabilités dans un esprit de bilinguisme, de pluralité d'idées et de pluridisciplinarité. La Conférence est placée sous la direction d'un conseil d'administration qui supervise les réalisations et le travail des étudiants. Les étudiants élisent eux-mêmes chaque année leur président ainsi que le Bureau des Étudiants. Ceux-ci prennent une part active dans l'organisation des activités de la Conférence. La Conférence Olivaint de Belgique est ouverte à tout étudiant néerlandophone ou francophone ayant réussi deux années d’études supérieures, disposant d’une bonne connaissance du français et du néerlandais, et adhérant aux valeurs de pluralisme et d’excellence véhiculées par la Conférence. Les règles de la Conférence limitent le nombre de membres à 50 par année scolaire. - Het Koninklijk Olivaint Genootschap van België vzw is een Belgische pluralistische, apolitieke en onafhankelijke studentenvereniging gesticht in 1954. Het doel is voornamelijk het vormen van personen die later professionele verantwoordelijkheden zullen dragen. Het genootschap is een vormingscentrum voor Nederlandstalige en Franstalige studenten (iedereen spreekt zijn taal en verstaat de anderen) van Belgische hogescholen en universiteiten. Het Olivaint Genootschap is ontstaan naar voorbeeld van het in Frankrijk gestichte Conférence Olivaint. Elke student die 2 jaar hoger onderwijs heeft gevolgd en akkoord gaat met de principes van het genootschap kan lid worden. Het aantal leden is jaarlijks gelimiteerd tot 50. Kandidaten moeten hun CV met een schriftelijke motivatie indienen en ondergaan daarna een selectie-interview door de raad van bestuur van de Conferentie. - L'Associazione reale della Conferenza Olivaint del Belgio NOP (COB) è un'associazione di studenti apolitica, pluralistica, un'organizzazione indipendente senza scopo di lucro, fondata nel 1954. Ha lo scopo di far conoscere i propri membri nella vita pubblica e nel processo decisionale di responsabilità in uno spirito di bilinguismo, pluralità di idee e multidisciplinarità. La conferenza è diretta da un consiglio di amministrazione che supervisiona i risultati e il lavoro degli studenti. Gli studenti stessi eleggono ogni anno il loro Presidente e l'Ufficio degli Studenti. Partecipano attivamente all'organizzazione delle attività della Conferenza. La Conferenza Olivaint del Belgio è aperta a qualsiasi studente olandese o francofono dopo aver completato due anni di istruzione superiore, con una buona conoscenza della lingua francese e olandese, e aderendo ai valori del pluralismo ed eccellenza veicolati dalla Conferenza. Le regole della Conferenza limitano il numero di membri a 50 per anno scolastico.
