- Moumouni Adamou Djermakoye (22. května 1939 – 14. června 2009) byl nigerský politik a předseda Nigerské aliance pro demokracii a pokrok (ANDP). Ve vládě zastával funkci ministra a následně v letech 1988 až 1991 působil jako velvyslanec Nigeru v USA. V letech 1993 až 1994 zastával funkci předsedy za stranu ANDP. Moumouni Djermakoye stammte aus der Zarma-Herrscherfamilie von Dosso. Er schlug eine militärische Laufbahn ein und war 1974 am Militärputsch gegen den nigrischen Staatspräsidenten Hamani Diori beteiligt. Als Mitglied der von 1974 bis 1989 regierenden Militärjunta Nigers war er zunächst Außenminister, später Botschafter in den Vereinigten Staaten. Er gründete 1992 die Partei Nigrische Allianz für Demokratie und Fortschritt (ANDP-Zaman Lahiya), wurde Präsident der Nationalversammlung und war schließlich bis zu seinem Tod Präsident des Obersten Gerichtshofs. He was the ANDP's candidate in four presidential elections, beginning in 1993; he was also a deputy in the National Assembly from 1999 to 2009 and the President of the High Court of Justice from 2005 to 2009. Djermakoye was een afstammeling van de belangrijkste dynastie van de Zama's, de Djermakoy van Dosso. Als jong militair nam hij deel aan de staatsgreep van Seyni Kountché tegen Hamani Diori in 1974. Hij werd onder meer minister van buitenlandse zaken onder het regime van Seyni Kountché en werd vervolgens van 1988 tot 1991 ambassadeur van Niger in de Verenigde Staten.
