- Això és una llista d'ecoregions tal com ha compilat el Fons Mundial per la Natura (WWF). El WWF identifica ecoregions terrestres, d'aigua dolça, i marines. L'esquema terrestre divideix la superfície emergida de la Terra en 8 ecozones terrestres, contenint 867 més petites ecoregions. Cada ecoregió és classificada dintre d'un dels 14 tipus major d'hàbitat, o biomes. Aquesta llista ha aprofitat per elaborar una tria de les ecoregions més amenaçades, la Global 200. (ca)
- This is a list of terrestrial ecoregions as compiled by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). The WWF identifies terrestrial, freshwater, and marine ecoregions. The terrestrial scheme divides the Earth's land surface into 8 biogeographic realms, containing 867 smaller ecoregions. Each ecoregion is classified into one of 14 major habitat types, or biomes. In 2017 the WWF team revised ecosystem names and boundaries in the Arabian Peninsula, drier African regions, and Southeastern United States.
