A revised plan was put on public display in May 2005, and referred to an independent panel in November the same year. The site was then put up for sale, before being taken off the market in May 2008. with the site now value at between $20 million and $25 million. The site remains unoccupied as of 2008. The golf course was closed for a number of years during its re-development of the site and has since re-opened as a nine-hole course.
