- الإدارة المجتمعية أو إدارة الموارد العامة هي إدارة الموارد العامة أو المشكّلة بواسطة المجتمع عن طريق العمل الجماعي للمتطوعين وأصحاب الشأن. وقد تكون إدارة الموارد إما مادية أو معلوماتية. ومن الأمثلة على ذلك إدارة الحقوق العامة في الرعي والمياه؛; ومصائد الأسماك وبرمجيات المصدر المفتوح. وفي حالة إدارة الموارد المادية، غالبًا ما يتم استخدام الإدارة المجتمعية لتجنب مأساة استخدام الموارد العامة وتشجيع الاستدامة. - Community Management (von engl. Community=Gemeinschaft und Management) ist die Form der Führung einer Online-Community sowie deren Entsprechung außerhalb des virtuellen Raumes. Das Community Management fungiert als Bindeglied zwischen dem Seitenbetreiber und den Benutzern. Die Aufgaben sind hierbei vielschichtig und gehen von der Moderation eines Forums bis hin zu Maßnahmen zur Vergrößerung oder Aktivierung der Gemeinschaft.Das Community Management ist Bestandteil des Community Engineerings, das nicht nur die Fragen des laufenden Betriebs, sondern auch des Aufbaus virtueller Communitys umfasst. Community Management wurde erst zu Zeiten von Web 2.0 und größeren Communitys zu einem Berufsbild und einer markenstrategischen Ausrichtung. Der Bundesverband für Community Management veröffentlichte im Mai 2010 eine erste offizielle Definition: „Community Management ist die Bezeichnung für alle Methoden und Tätigkeiten rund um Konzeption, Aufbau, Leitung, Betrieb, Betreuung und Optimierung von virtuellen Gemeinschaften sowie deren Entsprechung außerhalb des virtuellen Raumes. Unterschieden wird dabei zwischen operativen, den direkten Kontakt mit den Mitgliedern betreffenden, und strategischen, den übergeordneten Rahmen betreffenden, Aufgaben und Fragestellungen.“ Oft verwendete Kategorien von Communities sind Communities of Interest, Communities of Action, Communities of Circumstance, Communities of Place und Communities of Practice. Inzwischen wird auch das Community Management immer mehr von Publishern für Werbezwecke aufgegriffen. Dabei setzt man vermehrt auf den Aspekt von sozialen Netzwerkseiten und belohnt Communitys für ihre Aktivität auf eben solchen. Der große Vorteil für Publisher an dieser Stelle ist das sogenannte Data-Mining, wodurch sie noch mehr Informationen zu ihrer Zielgruppe erhalten und somit effektiver werben können. (de)
- Community management or common-pool resource management is the management of a common resource or issue by a community through the collective action of volunteers and stakeholders. The resource managed can be either material or informational. Examples include the management of common grazing and water rights, fisheries, and open-source software. In the case of physical resources, community management strategies are frequently employed to avoid the tragedy of the commons and to encourage sustainability. It is expected that community management allows for the management, usually of natural resources, to come from members of the community that these decisions will affect. This should allow for a better way of finding solutions that the community will find most effective since management styles are not always transferable across different regions; and this could be because of cultural, economic, or geographical differences. It is expected that the group members within this setting have the incentive to do the best they can for the community because they live in the community that benefits or suffers from the management they provide. By decentralizing the management of resources, it is also expected that the upkeep that occurs within the services provided is streamlined due to the direct link between the areas that need improvement or regular maintenance and the authority overseeing them. However, these expected benefits of community management are not what we see unfolding within communities that follow this management style. (en)
