Vaigasi Poranthachu (transl. Vaigasi is born) is a 1990 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film directed by Radha Bharathi. The film stars debutants Prashanth (actor Thiagarajan's son) and Kaveri. The film, produced by K. Prabhakaran, had musical score by Deva and was released on 16 November 1990. The film was a commercial success. The film was remade in Hindi as I Love You (1992) with Prashanth reprising his role.
