Tim Kelly (born August 17, 1986), is an American football coach who is the passing game coordinator for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL). Previously, he served as the offensive coordinator for the Houston Texans from 2019 to 2021. He also has experience as an assistant coach at Penn State University, Ball State University, Minnesota State University Moorhead and Illinois Wesleyan University. Kelly has served with the Texans in various assistant coaching roles since 2014. Kelly played college football for the Eastern Illinois Panthers.
