Scott Anthony Angelle (born November 20, 1961) is an American politician who is the former director of the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement in Washington, D.C. From 2013 to 2017, he was the District 2 member of the Louisiana Public Service Commission, an elected five-person utility regulatory body. In 2010, Angelle served six months as lieutenant governor. In 2015, he ran for governor as a Republican in the October 24 election and finished in third place with 214,907 votes (19.3 percent).
