Palasa Assembly constituency is a constituency in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh. It is one of the seven assembly segments of Srikakulam (Lok Sabha constituency), along with Ichchapuram, Tekkali, Pathapatnam, Srikakulam, Amadalavalasa and Narasannapeta.
