Nicholas Wilson (fl. 1528; died 1548) was an English clergyman who initially refused to accept the Royal Supremacy during the reign of Henry VIII. He was chaplain and confessor to Henry VIII and collated Archdeacon of Oxford in 1528. He was rector of St Thomas the Apostle, London in 1531. He was imprisoned from 1534 to 1537 and made dean of Wimborne Minster from 1537 to 1547.
