GB News is a British free-to-air television and radio news channel. The channel is available on Freeview, Freesat, Sky, YouView, Virgin Media and via the internet. Since 4 January 2022, an audio simulcast of the station is available on DAB+ radio. GB News is owned by All Perspectives Ltd, which is a holding company, headquartered in London. As of August 2022, All Perspectives Ltd is controlled by three significant shareholders, all of whom work for Christopher Chandler's Dubai-based investment firm Legatum. The CEO of GB News is Angelos Frangopoulos who formerly ran Sky News Australia.
