Constantin Valentin Budescu (Romanian pronunciation: [konstanˈtin valenˈtin buˈdesku]; born 19 February 1989) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or a forward for Liga I club Petrolul Ploiești. Budescu registered his debut for the Romania national team in 2015, at age 26. In 2017, he was awarded the Romanian Footballer of the Year trophy by the Gazeta Sporturilor newspaper.
