Charlie Janssen (born January 15, 1971) is an American politician from the U.S. state of Nebraska. A member of the Republican Party, Jansen served in the Nebraska Legislature from 2009 to 2014; in 2014, he was elected Nebraska Auditor of Public Accounts. Janssen was born in Fremont, Nebraska. He graduated with a BS from Wayne State College in 1997. Janssen served in the United States Navy from 1989 to 1993. He lives in Fremont, and has two children, Charlie Jr. and Betsy Anne.
