It has been demerged into Mahindra & Mahindra ltd and became a separate division. Mahindra Truck and Bus Division's Head office is located at Chinchwad, Pune and its manufacturing line is inside Mahindra Vehicles Manufacturers Ltd., Chakan, Pune.
