The 2021–22 UCF Knights women's basketball team represented the University of Central Florida during the 2021–22 NCAA Division I basketball season. The Knights compete in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the American Athletic Conference (The American). The Knights, in the program's 45th season of basketball, were led by sixth-year head coach Katie Abrahamson-Henderson, and play their home games at the Addition Financial Arena on the university's main campus in Orlando, Florida.
