Zsolt Baló (born 21 October 1971) is a Romanian speed skater. He competed at the 1992 Winter Olympics and the 1994 Winter Olympics, representing Romania. He then represented Hungary at the 1998 Winter Olympics and the 2002 Winter Olympics.

Zsolt Baló (Miercurea-Ciuc, Roemenië, 21 oktober 1971) is een voormalig Hongaars-Roemeens schaatser. In het begin van zijn carrière kwam hij uit voor Roemenië, maar later schaatste hij voor Hongarije. Zijn specialiteit lag met name op de kortere afstanden; 500, 1000 en 1500 meter. Dit weerhield hem er echter niet van om negen keer op rij Hongaars kampioen allround te worden (1995-2003). (nl)
