Zalambessa (Tigrigna: ዛላምበሳ) is a town located in Tigray, Ethiopian. Zalambessa is part of the Misraqawi (Eastern) Zone of the Tigray Region. It is about 42 kilometers north of Adigrat. The Serha-Zalambesa border crossing is located in the town.
