The Yale Initiative for the Interdisciplinary Study of Antisemitism (YIISA) was an academic center at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. In early June 2011, Yale announced the closure of the Initiative by the end of July, sparking protest from the organized American Jewish community. After its closure, Yale announced the opening of the Yale Program for the Study of Antisemitism under the direction of Professor Maurice Samuels.
